**Responsibilities and Duties**
Sales Backend Support, Orders Registration, Followups on Order and Payments.

**Key Skills**
- To act as first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization.
- To lead all secretarial and administrative tasks and help to manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Meeting, greeting and ensuring comfort of visitors & clients.
- To keep an accurate record of all correspondence.
- To arrange travel, visas and accommodation in coordination with travel agents.
- To screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them appropriately.
- To organize, attend and take minutes of meetings.
- To prepare correspondence on behalf of the executives, including drafting of general replies.
- To maintain / create documentations like invoices, packing list. Ability to use an ERP/Tally would be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
