**Vacant Position**:QC Officer

**Location : Bavla - Kerala GIDC**

**JD & KRA**:

- Perform all QC activity as per defined SOP and document it on time.
- Perform analysis as per specification and testing method and as per pharmacopeia monograph.
- Manage for analysis of raw material, In-process, equipment cleaning verification, vendor qualification and finished product sample with accuracy on time.
- Daily calibration and as per schedule calibration of QC instrument.
- Preparation and maintain enough Standard solution, Reagent and volumetric solution.
- Preparation of certificate of analysis after analysis.
- Perform raw and packing material sampling, analysis and paste approved label after review of documents.
- Assist the Head QC in investigation of OOS results.
- Maintain the stability chamber for temperature, humidity, and recording.
- Ensure that the Laboratory is cleaned as per frequency as given in SOP.
- Prepare & Manage stability sample charging and analysis as per schedule.
- Prepare & Manage sampling and analysis of Chemicals.
- Prepare & Manage sending samples to an outside approved lab for analysis in which facility is not at site.
Maintain glass ware, Chemical and Reagent stock for regular use.
- Manage for inform about any OOS, Deviation, incident Related to analysis to Head QC.
- Manage for inform any out of calibration (OOC) to Head and help in investigation.
- Manage for arranging to collect lab waste in specified container and send for destruction to ETP.
- Manage for arranging of all chemical, segregate and store as per SOP.
- Manage for following Safety rules in lab.

**Educational Qualifications**: BSC MSC Chemistry

**Experience Required**: min 1 Year of Experience or Fresher BSC or MSC Chemistry can apply
