**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)**:

- Ensure all laboratory operations comply with GLP standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all laboratory procedures, tests, and results.
- Perform routine audits to ensure adherence to GLP guidelines and address any non-compliance issues promptly.
- **Packaging Quality Control**:

- Inspect and test packaging materials and components to ensure they meet established quality standards.
- Monitor the packaging process to identify and resolve any issues that may affect the quality of the finished products.
- Collaborate with the packaging department to implement quality improvement initiatives.
- **Microbiological Testing**:

- Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Analyze and interpret microbiological data to ensure products are free from contamination and meet safety standards.
- Maintain and calibrate microbiological testing equipment and ensure a clean and sterile laboratory environment.
- **Finished Product Testing**:

- Perform quality control tests on finished pharmaceutical products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Document and analyze test results, identifying any deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to address and resolve quality issues with finished products.

Pay: ₹245,382.51 - ₹465,445.96 per year
