**Duty and Qualification**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team. The Medical Scribe will be responsible for annotating data for training machine learning models.

**Responsibilities**:

- Write SOAP notes for audio conversations/transcripts
- Review SOAP notes and fix any errors
- Ensure compliance with all national and local patient privacy laws including HIPAA and HITECH
- Knowledge of medical terminology and human anatomy
- Should be familiar with regulations e.g. 2021 CPT and E/M coding changes
- Qualification
- At least 2 years experience as a medical scribe in the outpatient primary care domain
- previous experience annotating SOAP notes from audio files/transcripts
- Have a degree in either
- Computational Linguistics
- Biotechnology
- Biochemistry
- Botany
- B.Pharm
- Good English literacy.
- Bachelor’s degree with pre-med career track
- Bonus: Medical Scribe certification
- Experience as a data annotator for machine learning
- Excellent typing speed
- Familiarity with billing codes
- Experience working for other automated medical scribe companies such as Nuance, DeepScribe, Augmedix

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per month
