**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation & Curation**:

- Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) aligned with the brand's voice and aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visuals, product descriptions, and campaign creatives.

**Social Media Management**:

- Support the management of social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely posting.
- Monitor engagement across social media platforms and assist in responding to comments and messages.
- Track social media trends, influencers, and competitors to suggest ideas for brand improvement.

**Collaboration with Agency**:

- Assist in communicating with the external agency handling performance marketing and social media management.
- Help track and report the performance of campaigns and social media growth (using analytics tools).
- Participate in strategy meetings to understand performance goals and suggest digital strategies for optimization.

**Campaign Support**:

- Conduct research to support campaign development, including identifying target demographics, market trends, and competitors.
- Assist in measuring and analyzing the success of campaigns, providing recommendations for improvements.

**Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Help track key metrics like website traffic, social media growth, and conversion rates.
- Assist in the creation of weekly or monthly reports on digital marketing performance.
- Contribute insights and suggestions based on analytics to improve current strategies.

**Influencer & Partnership Outreach**:

- Assist in identifying potential influencers or brand ambassadors to collaborate with.
- Help reach out to influencers and maintain ongoing relationships to support brand campaigns.

**General Marketing Support**:

- Assist the marketing team in preparing reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Provide support in organizing marketing events, virtual pop-ups, or product launches.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and bring innovative ideas to the table.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Analytical mindset and an interest in data and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with performance marketing tools and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Passion for fashion and understanding of current fashion trends is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
