A R Systems Inc. is hiring for US IT Recruiters (Experienced) (Onsite ). Established firm headquarteres in Atlanta (US) and having offshore centers in Somajiguda, Hyderabad.

Experience: 0.6 - 2 years.

**Responsibilities**

1) Should to have 6months to 2 Years of proven experience in US IT staffing and consulting Industry.
2) Strong experience in Business Development, Client Management, Client Penetration,
Account Mapping.
3) Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
4) Checking for right requirements that match our consultant profile in various job boards and social networking sites.
5) Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B, H1 Transfers, EAD, Green Card & US citizens.
6) Knowledge of all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp).
7) Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them.
8) Responsible for negotiating with the Vendor and Clients, regarding the bill rates on
w2/1099/CTC basis.

10) Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis.
11) Must have good Verbal and Written communication skills

3) Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high

4) Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social
networking sites and share them with consultants
