Skills and Qualifications - 2-6 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for US-based roles. - Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. - Knowledge of US labor laws and recruitment regulations.
