The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for the US market, with a strong ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities - Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions in the US. - Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates. - Assist in the negotiation and closure process for job offers. - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and manage the applicant tracking system. - Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with recruitment policies. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment. Skills and Qualifications - 2-6 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for US-based roles. - Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. - Knowledge of US labor laws and recruitment regulations.
