Job Title: Real Estate Sales Officer
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for property sales.
- Generate leads and follow up with inquiries to convert them into clients.
2. Property Presentation:
- Showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Prepare and present compelling property listings, including high-quality photographs and detailed descriptions.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about market conditions, pricing, and financing options.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and budget constraints.
- Stay in regular contact with clients to provide updates on available properties and market trends.
- Address client concerns, negotiate terms, and facilitate a smooth transaction process.
4. Sales Negotiation:
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both buyers and sellers.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as brokers, appraisers, and attorneys, to facilitate successful transactions.
- Keep abreast of market trends and property values to provide informed advice to clients.
5. Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with administrative staff to manage paperwork and streamline the transaction process.
6. Sales Targets:
- Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
7. Network:
- Leverage existing relationships with other professionals in the real estate industry, including agents, brokers, lenders, and developers, through networking events, conferences, and industry associations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Schedule:
- Day shift
**Experience**:

- Real estate sales: 6 years (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Baner, Pune, Maharashtra (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Baner, Pune, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
