**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Electrical Equipment & Breakers**: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical panels, circuit breakers, and distribution boards.
- **Diesel Generators & DG Checks**: Perform routine checks, maintenance, and repairs on DG sets, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency.
- **UPS Systems & Operations**: Install, maintain, and monitor uninterrupted power supply (UPS) systems for smooth electrical operations.
- **HVAC Systems**: Conduct servicing and repairs of chillers, AHUs, VRV/VRF systems, split and cassette ACs for optimal performance.
- **Transformers**: Ensure proper operation, protection, and maintenance of transformers while diagnosing and fixing issues.
- **Fire Alarm Systems**: Install and maintain different fire alarm systems, MCPs, and fire extinguishers, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- **Access Control, CCTV, and PA System**: Maintain and troubleshoot security systems, including biometric access control, surveillance cameras, and public address systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
