**Job Title**: Computer Technician

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other computer systems.
- Perform installations, upgrades, and configurations of hardware and software.
- Replace or repair defective hardware components.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users in person, over the phone, or remotely.
- Handle large-format printing tasks, including architectural, engineering, and other technical drawings.
- Set up machines for different types of print jobs, ensuring optimal settings for quality and efficiency.
- Monitor print jobs for accuracy and quality control.
- Maintain and manage IT inventory and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex technical challenges.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operation and prevent downtime.
- Organize and manage print materials, paper, and other supplies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Computer Technician or similar role.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification(s) such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent is a plus.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,499.08 - ₹15,000.00 per month
