**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough research and analysis of clients' financial situations, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities, to assist in the creation of tailored mortgage solutions.
- Collaborate with mortgage advisors to gather client information, understand their financial objectives, and recommend appropriate mortgage products.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, proposals, and presentations for clients, outlining mortgage options, terms, and repayment strategies.
- Assist in the development of comprehensive financial plans, incorporating mortgage recommendations, investment strategies, and risk management techniques.
- Utilize financial planning software and tools to model various scenarios and assess the potential impact on clients' financial outcomes.
- Stay informed about changes in mortgage regulations, lending practices, and market trends to ensure compliance and provide up-to-date advice to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain mortgage products, answer questions, and address concerns in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide ongoing support to mortgage advisors, including reviewing client files, monitoring progress, and updating financial plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and data protection policies.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
