Impetus Research is hiring - Manager / Senior Project Manager at New Delhi.

**Skills**: Experience in conducting & coordinating quantitative as well as qualitative assignments such as F2F Survey Data collection amongst B2B and B2C respondents across methodologies. Ability to handle a large number of field survey teams across the country through own network of field investigators and supervisors.
- The applicants must have a experience in primary marketing research, data collection, field management.
- Must have experience in vendor management and client servicing.
- Should be well versed with secondary data collection
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Hands-on MS Excel skills is a must
- SPSS knowledge would be added advantage.
- Role involves extensive travel to manage face-to-face fieldwork, field visits, team management and trainings
- Should be well conversant in operating smartphone/Tablet PCs/laptop/any new gadgets

Coordination with field agencies and freelance Interviewers and supervisors, Team briefing, allocation of budgeted funds, data quality control, etc. Extensive travel across the country is a part of the role
- This role requires significant coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.
- The role also coordinates the work of preferred partner vendors to augment the team’s capacity and identifies when an elevated level of expertise is warranted to support project objectives.
- Develops project plans, timelines, and status reports for department needs.
- Manages the workflow of team projects to/from strategy, idea generation, piloting, learning and deployment.
- Must have knowledge and experience for effectively managing the business operations.
- Sound knowledge of statistical techniques and research methodologies.
- Excellent attention to details, demonstrated ability to be proactive and strong critical thinking skills are the requisites for this role.
