**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our 66degrees Marketing team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually compelling and impactful marketing and sales assets that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing a wide range of creative materials, including digital advertisements, presentations, sell sheets, social media graphics, and website designs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Marketing team and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and execute original and innovative design concepts that align with our brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Develop and adhere to design workflows for scalable and repeatable asset development.
- Create high-quality visual materials, including logos, illustrations, icons, and infographics.
- Utilize industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to produce professional-grade designs.
- Adhere to deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring the quality of work
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and best practices to enhance our creative output.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of proven experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing diverse design skills and styles to be reviewed in the interview process.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience leveraging Generative AI to optimize workflows and efficiency
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with team members.
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
