We are seeking a dedicated Graphic Designer to join our company. You will collaborate with other designers to create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns to increase our user base. As a Graphic Designer, we hope you can put your passion for design to create beautiful images and compelling content. Your duties will include developing graphics for digital platforms to enhance our accompany text.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Responsible for website and software development, writing maintainable and reusable code.
- Create quality mock-ups and prototypes from UI/UX designs, ensuring high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
- Gain feedback continuously from users, customers, and colleagues
- Provide advice to the marketing team on website and app optimization opportunities and supporting implementation with digital agencies.
- Help to research, analyze, and provide suggestions for new software solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage IT requirements for website and digital marketing services.
- Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.
- Actively review website/app performance - offer recommendations to the marketing team.
- Test and optimize websites, code, and assets for maximum speed and scalability over multiple devices and browsers.
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product.
- Implement feedback and changes whenever possible.

**Qualification and Education requirements**:

- Diploma, Graduation, Engineering and Post graduation

**Preferred Skills**:
Familiarity with Graphic Design, UI UX Designer or Web Designer, Photoshop, HTML, CSS, and WordPress
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum of two years experience in graphic design
Attention to detail
Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
Strong analytical skills
Time management and organizational skills

**Additional Notes**:
Certification in Graphic Designing
