As an Accounts Receivable Executive, you will be responsible for managing incoming payments, processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that accounts are reconciled in a timely manner. This role requires someone who can work independently, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Invoice Management**: Generate and send invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- **Payment Collection**: Monitor incoming payments, follow up with customers on overdue invoices, and resolve any discrepancies.
- **Account Reconciliation**: Reconcile accounts receivable records and assist with month-end closing procedures.
- **Customer Communication**: Maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing queries related to payments, billing issues, and account balances.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on aging receivables, payment status, and outstanding amounts.
- **Data Entry**: Ensure accurate and timely entry of transactions into the accounting system.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and accounting regulations.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve any financial discrepancies.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related finance roles.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

**Preferred**:

- Previous experience in a similar industry or working in an accounts department.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.
