**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching English**:

- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English to students across various levels.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, ensuring they align with the syllabus and educational standards.
- Encourage interactive and student-centered teaching methods to promote language skills such as reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- **Assessments and Evaluation**:

- Regularly assess and evaluate students' progress through quizzes, assignments, and exams.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance and suggest areas for improvement.
- **Course Material Preparation**:

- Prepare and curate relevant learning materials and resources for classes.
- Stay updated on new teaching methods, educational tools, and relevant literature.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a disciplined and focused classroom environment to ensure a productive learning space.
- Manage student behavior effectively and implement necessary interventions when needed.
- **Student Support**:

- Offer academic guidance and support to students outside of regular classes.
- Organize and participate in extra-curricular activities related to language learning, such as debates, presentations, and writing competitions.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other faculty members and the academic team to ensure cohesive delivery of the curriculum.
- Attend faculty meetings and contribute to school development initiatives.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- A degree in English, English Literature, or a related field. A Master's degree in English is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in English at the school or college level.
- Strong command of the English language, with the ability to teach both literature and grammar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, dedication, and a passion for teaching.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools, methodologies, and technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with online teaching or digital platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with preparing students for competitive exams (such as TOEFL, IELTS) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of the latest educational trends and practices.
