Role Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design visually engaging packaging, brand identities, logos, and brand guidelines.
- Develop and execute creative concepts for social media and digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the branding team to align designs with strategic objectives.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into innovative design solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative solutions to design challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- X+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging, branding, and digital work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of branding strategies and design principles.
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions that align with client goals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards in all projects.

**Compensation**:

- **Annual CTC**: INR 240,000 to INR 360,000 (with a 6-month probation period where the salary will be 50% of the annual CTC & Lock-in period of 11 Months)**
