**Job Description**:
Realatte Ventures is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and designs for Social Media. You will work closely with our Paid Media teams and creative teams to conceptualize and execute designs that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually engaging designs that effectively communicate key messages and align with the company’s brand identity.
- Produce high-quality graphics and artwork using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,etc.). Afterefeects knowledge will be a plus point.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand assets including logos, icons, and style guides.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and coherence across all marketing channels.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Review designs for accuracy and ensure they meet project requirements and brand standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Aftereffects software will be a plus point.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity and a passion for design with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and make revisions accordingly.
- Experience with motion graphics is a plus.
