**Job Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18**

**Working Time**:

- 6 Days working (Monday to Saturday)
- 10 am to 7 pm office hours
- Sunday Fixed off

**Minimum Education**:

- Graduate
- Undergraduates also applicable (Minimum: 12th Pass out with result in hand.)

**Work Experience**:

- 6 months - 8 Years

**Gender**:

- Female/ Male

**Industry Exposure Required**:

- Proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Experience in Outbound Tele calling/Tele Sales/Lead generation.
- Familiarity with the Lead Generation process.
- Outbound Tele calling exposure is preferable.

**Travel**:

- No

**Compensation Band**:

- Max - 21K (in hand)

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound tele-counseling to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits of the services offered.

Generate leads through strategic telephonic engagement, ensuring a high conversion rate.

Provide accurate information and guidance to potential clients regarding the products or services offered.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.

Document and update customer records in the database with relevant information.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

Proven experience in outbound tele calling, tele sales, or lead generation.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

**Education and Experience**:

- Graduate or equivalent. Undergraduates with a minimum of 12th pass and results in hand are also eligible.
- 6 months to 8 years of relevant work experience in tele-counseling or related roles.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based role in Gurgaon, Sector 18.
- Standard office hours from 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday.
- No travel required.
