**Shift Timings: Fixed Day shifts**

**Off Days: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed Week Off)**

**Salary Package: Upto 40,000/- IN HAND**

**Responsibilities**:
*Handle customer queries regarding their existing insurance policies.

*Assist with queries related to policy coverage, terms, and documentation.

*Provide support in resolving insurance claim issues and status updates.

*Ensure accurate information is provided as per policy guidelines and compliance.

*Maintain high standards of customer service with empathy and professionalism.

*No sales, no upselling, no targets - purely service-based support.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 Year of relevant experience in the International Process or Customer Support role.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong command of English.
- Previous BPO, ex-comms, or international voice experience is preferred.

**Interview Process**:
**HR Round**: Initial screening and discussion of the role and benefits.

**Ops Interview**: Assessing your process knowledge and ability to handle calls.

**VnA**:Assessing your thought process as well as English Grammer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
