Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Typing documents, letters, and reports accurately and efficiently using a typewriter.
- Proofreading and editing typed content to ensure error-free documentation.
- Managing and organizing paperwork and maintaining filing systems.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely completion of typing tasks.
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
- Assisting with general office duties as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a typist or in a similar clerical role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using a typewriter and familiarity with standard typing formats.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
