- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, including problem description, troubleshooting steps, and resolution.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of computer equipment, peripherals, and software licenses.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT initiatives, including software updates, system upgrades, and security enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to provide effective support and recommend improvements to enhance system performance.
