**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
User-Centered Design: Lead the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring that user experience is at the core of all design decisions. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and integrate insights into the design process.

Wireframes & Prototypes: Create low-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize the user journey and communicate design concepts effectively.

UI Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that are consistent with brand guidelines, ensuring clarity, usability, and aesthetics across all touchpoints.

Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs based on test results and real-world usage to optimize user experience.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are technically feasible, align with business goals, and are implemented accurately.

Responsive Design: Ensure designs are optimized for a wide range of devices and screen sizes, providing a consistent and enjoyable experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.

Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a unified design system, ensuring consistency in design language, components, and patterns across projects.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work in both UI design and user-centered research.

Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.

Interaction Design: Strong understanding of interaction design principles, including navigation, layouts, information architecture, and usability.

Responsive Web & Mobile Design: Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience across different devices.

Collaboration Skills: Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with product managers, developers, and other designers.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify user pain points and design elegant solutions.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to present design ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders and team members.

Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (preferred but not required).
