**About the Role**:
We are looking for a motivated and creative **UI/UX Designer** to join our design team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or self-taught designers to gain hands-on experience and grow their career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior designers and developers to implement intuitive, user-centered design solutions
- Conduct basic user research and usability testing under guidance
- Help maintain and evolve our design systems and visual assets
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends and design tools

**What We're Looking For**:

- 0-1 year of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and accessibility
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- A portfolio showcasing design process and projects (personal, academic, or internship-based)
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn and take feedback positively

**Nice to Have**:

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end basics
- Experience using prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision)
- Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
