**About the Role**

At Dusaan, we are looking for a motivated and creative Influencer Marketing Associate to join our team and assist in building strong influence r collaborations. We are passionate about building engaging relationships with our audience and delivering impact campaigns through influencer marketing.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Influencer Outreach: Identify and communicate with influencers that align with our brand. Build and maintain relationships with influencers to create long-term partnerships.
- Scriptwriting: Write compelling and engaging scripts and briefs for influencers, ensuring the messaging aligns with our brand values and campaign goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of influencer content across various platforms. Report on campaign metrics and ROI.
- Trend Research: Stay informed on current social media and influencer trends to contribute fresh ideas.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to guide content creation, ensuring they reflect our brand voice while also allowing the influencers’ authenticity.
- Administrative Support: Help with budgeting, invoicing, and tracking expenses related to influencer campaigns.

**Requirements**:
Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage and negotiate with influencers.

Creativity: A knack for writing creative scripts and briefs that resonate with both influencers and their audiences

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
