The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees the housekeeping team, ensuring rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained, meeting quality and hygiene standards. This role involves managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining inventory and safety procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Supervision**: Lead and manage housekeeping staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect rooms and public areas to meet cleanliness standards.
- **Training**: Train new staff on cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment.
- **Guest Satisfaction**: Address guest requests and resolve cleanliness issues.
- **Health & Safety**: Ensure staff follow safety standards and proper cleaning protocols.
- **Administration**: Handle scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
- **Maintenance Coordination**: Work with maintenance to address room issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
