**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff in daily cleaning and maintenance activities.

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.

Assign tasks to housekeeping team members and monitor their performance.

Train housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and hotel policies.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure timely restocking.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in housekeeping operations.

Address guest complaints and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly.

Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Attention to Detail - Ability to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Team Leadership - Strong skills in managing and guiding housekeeping staff.

Communication Skills - Clear and professional communication with staff and management.

Knowledge of Cleaning Procedures - Understanding of cleaning products, tools, and techniques.
