Role: UI/UX Designer

**Responsibilities**:
1)Conduct user research and gather requirements to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.

2)Create user personas, user flows, and wireframes to visualize and communicate design ideas.

3)Design and iterate on user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and intuitive.

4)Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience.

5)Develop interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and validate design concepts.

6)Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform design decisions.

7)Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide design assets and specifications.

8)Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across different products and platforms.

9)Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.

10)Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics data, and business requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:
1)Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.

2)Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

4)Strong visual design skills, including an understanding of color theory, typography, and layout composition.

5)Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and rationale.

6)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on user-centered design thinking.

7)Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

8)Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

9)Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 per month
