**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized **Import and Export Coordinator** to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and oversee the efficient import and export processes for our products. This includes coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, liaising with customs, suppliers, and freight forwarders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to and from international destinations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coordinate Shipments**: Manage the day-to-day logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring that all shipments are processed and delivered on time.
- **Customs Documentation**: Prepare, review, and submit import/export documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and other required paperwork to ensure compliance with local and international customs laws.
- **Compliance & Regulations**: Stay updated on international trade regulations and customs requirements, ensuring that all import and export activities comply with the relevant laws and regulations.
- **Liaison with Freight Forwarders & Carriers**: Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, air cargo companies, and other carriers to arrange the best shipping options and routes.
- **Inventory Management**: Work closely with the inventory team to track goods and ensure the timely receipt and delivery of stock.
- **Problem-Solving**: Resolve any issues related to shipping delays, damaged goods, or incorrect documentation, and find efficient solutions to minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
- **Supply Chain Coordination**: Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth flow of goods and materials across international borders.
- **Record Keeping & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of import/export transactions, providing regular reports on shipment status, customs clearance, and inventory movement.
- **Cost Control & Budgeting**: Monitor and track transportation and customs costs, optimizing for cost-effective solutions while maintaining the quality and timeliness of deliveries.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that customer requirements are met in terms of timing, documentation, and delivery.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Fresher - 1 year of experience in import/export coordination or logistics management.
- In-depth knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and documentation.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving skills to resolve complex shipping and compliance issues.
- **Language**:

- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
