As a Data Science Trainer at our EdTech company, you will play a crucial role in educating and training aspiring data scientists. You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality data science courses and programs to students, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the field. This position requires a deep understanding of data science concepts, strong teaching abilities, and a passion for empowering others through education.

Key Responsibilities:
Course Development: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create comprehensive data science courses and programs, including lesson plans, projects, assessments, and supporting materials. Ensure the content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with industry standards.

Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both online and in-person, to teach data science concepts, methodologies, and tools. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and skill levels.

Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them navigate challenges, develop critical thinking skills, and explore advanced data science topics. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Content Enhancement: Continuously update and enhance course materials based on feedback from students, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Incorporate new tools, techniques, and case studies to keep the content fresh and relevant.

Assessments and Feedback: Develop assessments and assignments to evaluate students' understanding and progress. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and address any knowledge gaps.

Industry Engagement: Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and related fields. Foster relationships with industry professionals and organizations to understand current industry practices and incorporate them into training programs.

Professional Development: Keep yourself updated with advancements in data science, attend conferences, participate in training programs, and continuously expand your knowledge and skill set.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
