KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create and maintain 3D models of Electrical, ELV and Control & Instrumentation systems. (Experience in other services such as Mechanical, Wet Services, Fire Services and Medical Gas Services will be advantageous).
- Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of system components.
- Implement design changes and updates to BIM models as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure BIM models align with project timelines and specifications.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues with various services (HVAC, Fire, Civil, Wet Services, Structural elements, etc.)
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for BIM modelling in Electrical, ELV and Control & Instrumentation.
- Attention to detail and the ability to perform and understand multi service co-ordination is critical.
- Site meetings during construction with engineers and contractors for the updating of designs and models.
- Innovation for BIM purposes and internal operational developments (indication of innovative ideas that is submitted with CV would be advantageous).
- Development of BIM families.
