**Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Leadership & Curriculum Management**
- Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure high teaching standards.
- Supervise lesson planning, classroom delivery, and student performance analysis.
- Encourage innovative teaching methodologies, digital learning, and extracurricular programs.
- Monitor student assessment, board exam preparation, and academic records.
- Support professional development programs for teachers.

**2. Administration & Operations**
- Assist the Principal in the overall management of the school.
- Ensure smooth functioning of daily school activities, timetables, and schedules.
- Supervise school facilities, IT systems, and resources to enhance efficiency.
- Manage staff scheduling, substitutes, and school logistics.

**3. Student Discipline & Welfare**
- Enforce discipline policies and address student behavioral issues.
- Organize counseling sessions and mentorship programs for student development.
- Promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Handle student grievances and conflict resolution effectively.

**4. Staff Management & Supervision**
- Assist in teacher recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Conduct staff meetings and provide guidance to teachers and administrative personnel.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment for staff members.

**5. Parent & Community Engagement**
- Maintain strong communication with parents regarding student progress, discipline, and concerns.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings and school events.
- Strengthen community engagement and partnerships for school development.

**6. Compliance & Safety Regulations**
- Ensure adherence to government education policies and board regulations (CBSE/ICSE/State/IB).
- Implement health, safety, and emergency procedures in the school.
- Supervise school audits, inspections, and administrative compliance.

**7. Extracurricular & Event Management**
- Oversee school functions, competitions, and annual events.
- Encourage student participation in sports, arts, and leadership activities.
- Support student clubs, social initiatives, and inter-school programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
