**Position Details**:

- **Starting Salary**: ₹25,000, with potential for growth based on skills and performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counseling**: Offer emotional support and guidance to patients, addressing their concerns regarding our procedures.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule appointments for consultations and follow-up visits.
- **Follow-Up**: Maintain regular communication with leads and patients to ensure ongoing support.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of interactions with patients and update CRM systems as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with medical staff to ensure a seamless experience for patients.
- **Educational Support**: Provide patients with educational materials and resources related to our treatments and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in, customer service, or telecalling, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Empathy and understanding of the emotional challenges faced by patients undergoing treatments.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.

How to Apply:
