Jr. Counselor

Designation: Junior Counselor

Summary:
The Junior Student Counselor will assist in providing academic and personal counseling to students at edZeb for professional courses such as ACCA, CFA, Financial Modeling, CMA US, CIMA UK, and Enrolled Agent. The role involves supporting students in their educational journey and ensuring they receive proper guidance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in providing individual and group counseling to students for the aforesaid programs.
- Help develop and implement counseling plans for students.
- Work with senior counselors and other student services staff to provide a strong support system.
- Ensure confidentiality of student information.
- Advocate for students' academic and career needs.
- Stay updated on student development trends and best practices.
- Participate in professional development activities and training.

Qualifications:

- Graduation (preferably in Commerce Stream).
- 2-3 years of experience in student counseling or related fields.
- Basic understanding of student development and academic advising.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently under supervision.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
