**Position**: Online Sales & Marketing Executive
**Location**: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Work from Office)
**Shift Timing**: US Business Hours
**Experience**: 2-3 Years

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow online sales channels with a focus on e-commerce and retail accounts (eBay, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Prospect, engage, and close sales with new and existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales data, leads, and pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot).
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Provide timely reports and insights on sales performance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in online/digital sales with an e-commerce or retail company (eBay, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.
- Flexibility to work during US business hours.
