We are looking for a Scrum Master who will:
As a Scrum Master in one of our teams, you will have the opportunity to further your career in a leadership position while continuing to be strongly aligned with your passion for programming and software development.
- You’ll empower others by establishing and growing self-organizational capabilities within a team.
- You’ll collaborate in a way that guides the creation of effective outcomes, both in the team and across broader initiatives. You will also bring an awareness of team pressures, constraints, progress, and individual motivations.
- You’ll work with individuals to help coach and support their development needs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- As a team member, you’ll look for opportunities to help the team. You’ll contribute to sprint goals through your interpersonal and technical skills, as well as experience in the software industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field..
- 5+ years Scrum Master experience leading a software development team (or equivalent).
- Should come from a strong development or testing experience background.
- Experience in Release management and planning is preferred.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum. Experience with scaled agile practices is favorable.
- Experience with ADO and DevOps.
- Experience managing technical staff is preferred.
- Technical experience in commercial/enterprise software team leadership is valued.
