**Job Description: Site Supervisor - Home Interior Installation**

**Job Summary**:

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with installation teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining effective communication with clients and project managers. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of interior installation processes, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight and Management**:

- Oversee all on-site activities related to home interior installations, including carpentry, modular furniture assembly, electrical work, plumbing, painting, flooring, and other related tasks.
- Ensure projects are executed according to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain daily and weekly work schedules for installation teams.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address potential delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, material usage, and any changes or deviations from the original plan.
- **Team Coordination and Supervision**:

- Lead and supervise installation teams, including in-house staff and subcontractors.
- Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and project requirements.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to installation teams.
- Monitor the performance of installation teams and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on site.
- **Quality Control and Assurance**:

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship and adherence to design specifications.
- Identify and address any defects or discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure that all installations meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- **Client Communication and Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of the installation.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the installation process.
- **Material Management and Logistics**:

- Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials on-site.
- Track material usage and ensure efficient utilization.
- Report any material shortages or damages to the project manager.
