Must be proficient in Hindi and English
Must have good communication skills
Must have the ability to handle call volume
Must produce reasonable output as per his/her work volume**REQUIREMENTS**:

Must be able to handle customer queries and complains
Must be able to handle calls from customers and convert them into leads
Must cooperate with team leaders and understand the need to raise the volume of sales.
