Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect sheet metal components at various stages of production (incoming, in-process, and final inspection).
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and quality specifications.
- Work with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection records and prepare quality reports.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
- Conduct visual inspections for surface defects, weld quality, and dimensions.
- Support internal and external audits as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 1 year of experience in quality inspection, preferably in a sheet metal fabrication environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, especially laser cutting, bending, welding, folding etc.
- Familiarity with quality tools and techniques (5S, 7QC tools, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

- Experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) or similar inspection equipment.
- Exposure to ISO/TS standards and audit processes

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
