**Purpose of Position**:
Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of casting machined parts at the client's manufacturing facility in accordance with work instructions and quality plans.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Perform visual inspection and sorting of machining parts based on work instructions (WI) and standard operating procedures (SOP).

2. Conduct dimensional, gauging, and visual inspections as per WI and Quality Plan.

3. Utilize instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Height Gauge, Micrometer, and Dial Gauge.

4. Work at the customer's manufacturing plant for 8-hour rotational shifts, 6 days a week.

5. Report daily activities to the Quality Engineer/Customer and communicate effectively via the communication board.

6. Properly identify parts as OK/NOK/Rework and record findings on check sheets.

7. Communicate and escalate any process/product deviations to the Quality Engineer and maintain records.

8. Adhere to BB Group's discipline, standards, uniform, personal protective equipment (PPE), and site-specific regulations.

9. No police case record/background verification required.

10. Produce an eye test certificate if required.

11. Complete induction/orientation at the head office and on-the-job training (OJT) at the site.

- Inspection reporting: 100% compliance (10% weight)
- BB Group code of conduct: 0 tolerance (5% weight)
- Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) compliance: 100% compliance (5% weight)
