**Cosmetic Sales Associate**

As a Cosmetic Sales Associate, you will be responsible for representing our brand and selling cosmetic products to customers. Your role will involve providing personalized product recommendations, demonstrating product usage, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive sales and meet revenue targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Demonstration**: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various cosmetics, including skincare, makeup, and fragrances.
- **Sales Generation**: Actively engage with customers to promote products, answer questions, and overcome objections to achieve sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the latest trends in the beauty industry, including new product launches, ingredients, and techniques, to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Cross-Selling and Upselling**: Recommend complementary products and upsell additional items to enhance the customer's shopping experience and increase sales revenue.
- **Stock Management**: Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure that products are well-presented and organized according to company standards.
- **Customer Follow-Up**: Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction, provide usage tips, and encourage repeat business.
- **Merchandising**: Assist with visual merchandising tasks, such as creating attractive displays, arranging promotional materials, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in cosmetics or beauty products, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide personalized recommendations.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and using point-of-sale systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in cosmetology or skincare is a plus.
