**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and industry events. Build a robust pipeline of leads interested in facial aesthetic training courses.
- **Client Consultations**: Engage in meaningful conversations with healthcare professionals to understand their goals and present tailored course solutions that meet their needs.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Achieving Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands to strategically position the college’s programs.
- **Event Participation**: Represent the institution at trade shows, conferences, and workshops to promote our training programs and develop leads.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in education, training, or healthcare services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to selling.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the aesthetic medicine industry or medical training is a plus.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and reporting on sales activity and performance.
