We are currently seeking **Commis Chef (Pastry, Bread, Brownie, Bakery) **to work in the Central Kitchen. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload.

**Role Responsibility**
- To prepare the raw food material requirement from stores at the end of shift, for next shift and to get the same approved from reporting authority.
- To ensure that the raw food material (packed) collected from the stores is within the valid period of consumption/expiry limit
- To ensure proper mixing of various ingredients according to approved recipes for the products to be prepared.
- To ensure proper parameters of temperature and duration are observed.
- To use proper ovens and trays for baking of ingredients as per approved standards.
- To ensure proper measurement and proportion of flour and other ingredients for preparation of dough, batters, fillings etc.
- To use approved scales and containers for correct measurements for mixing.
- To prepare dough pans, moulds and sheets for baking dough in grills and ovens.
- To do proper rolling and cutting of dough in proper shape as per the requirement of order.
- To load and unload the trays from Ovens before and after baking and to place in the designated area for storage & cooling.
- To use approved material of wrapping and packing.
- To ensure that all the utensils, pans, moulds, sheets etc. used in production process are clean and hygienic
- To ensure that the trainees are following personal grooming and hygiene standards on shift.
- Assist in the preparation, production, presentation and service of all baked goods, within the Company's standards and to the agreed specification.
- Cover in other areas during periods of holidays and sickness.

**The applicant will be working within the Bakery Section so an interest and previous experience will be essential.**

Previous experience in a food service environment

Excellent organisation and planning skills.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
