**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and execute building construction works for both private and government projects.
- Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government officials.
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
- Prepare site reports, measurements, and bills.
- Handle government contract documentation, inspections, and approvals.

**Requirements**:

- BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- **5 years** of experience in building projects (minimum 2 years in government works).
- Strong knowledge of Tamil Nadu PWD norms, building codes, and tender processes.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage site teams effectively. (Ready to stay in project location is must for this post)
- Tamil / Hindi fluency is **mandatory**.
