**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **telephone-based surveys and interviews** with respondents in line with research objectives.
- Collect, record, and validate data accurately using CATI software.
- Ensure all research is conducted in compliance with project guidelines and quality standards.
- Manage respondent queries professionally and maintain engagement throughout the call.
- Collaborate with the research team to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
- Provide inputs on improving call efficiency, data accuracy, and respondent experience.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 6-12 months in CATI research/telephone surveys.
- **Communication**: Good to excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional language skills will be an advantage).
- Ability to engage with respondents confidently and handle objections.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured scripts.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data entry.
- Ability to work in **rotational shifts**.
