We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and managing data into our systems. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity will be crucial to the success of this position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input data into company databases and systems from various sources.
- Review data for errors and inconsistencies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Update and maintain existing data records, ensuring information is current and reliable.
- Verify and correct data by comparing it to source documents.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
- Generate reports and summaries as required by the management team.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather and input necessary data.
- Identify and rectify data discrepancies, ensuring high-quality data standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with data protection policies.

**Qualifications**:

- graduated ; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar position.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
