**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Manage billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Handle purchase orders and maintain records of all transactions.
- Conduct tag entry for products, ensuring proper tracking and organization.
- Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in back office or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
