**Job Description** Overview**_: _**

This position is responsible for Factory Accounts function where he has to account for vendor invoices, maintenance of records and prepare audit related schedules and reconciliations and MIS reports.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To ensure timely and accurate accounting of the manufacturing location related transactions
- To check and monitor all the transaction as per internal control system (ICS)
- Checking and monitoring implementation of policies and procedures.
- Ensuring 100% statutory Compliance & timely submission of Statutory Returns.
- Processing and checking all the payments related to Factories
- Preparation and review of all the MIS related to factories & Corporate on monthly basis.
- To help and co-ordinate in finalization activities like preparation of schedules, resolving queries of the auditors etc.
- To suggest and implement better controls, suggest areas of reduction in expense
- To help to ensure accurate and timely fixed assets accounting for the Location.
- Control over freight accounting
- Sound Knowledge of ERPs and should have caliber to functionally contribute during SAP implementation project.

**Qualifications**
- M.Com / CA Inter preferred.
- SAP knowledge is mandatory.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in plant accounting with similar responsibilities
