**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **KYC Management**:

- Handling the entire KYC process for clients, including verification and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Updating and maintaining KYC records in accordance with SEBI, AMFI, and other relevant regulations.
- Coordinating with clients for required documentation (PAN, Aadhar, address proofs, etc.).
- **Documentation and Record Management**:

- Maintaining records of all client investments, transactions, and correspondence.
- Filing and storing documents physically or digitally to ensure quick retrieval when needed.
- **Transaction Processing**:

- Coordinating with Asset Management Companies (AMCs) to ensure the smooth execution of client transactions.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensuring that all operations comply with SEBI regulations, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) guidelines, and other legal frameworks.
- Assisting with regulatory reporting requirements and audits.
- Staying updated with any changes in compliance or operational procedures.
- **Client Support**:

- Responding to queries from clients regarding documentation, status of transactions, or KYC-related issues.
- Assisting in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to investment paperwork.
- **Coordination with Front Office**:

- Liaising with the sales or advisory teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and transaction processes.
- Communicating with banks, AMCs, and other financial institutions for processing payments, investment orders, etc.

**Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services, mutual fund operations, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills for managing paperwork and records.
- Knowledge of KYC norms, mutual fund operations, and financial compliance.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using financial software, KYC platforms, and MS Office tools.
- Communication skills for interacting with clients, AMCs, and other internal teams.
- Language Proficiency - English ( MUST).
