**Job Description of Swimming Coach**
- Responsible for facilitating academic and sports atmosphere where students have opportunities to explore their mental and physical talents contributing to their overall development by helping them to lead active and healthy lives.
- Student Administration
- Ensure that the student growth and achievement is continuous and appropriate for a specific age group and develop desirable personal and social attributes: the concept of fair play, the acceptance of success and failure, and the ability to co-operate in group situations.
- To lead the development of a high performance programme that aims to achieve the highest result possible in inter school competitions. To search for, select, develop and maximise the potential of the School Team and to increase the number of players reaching the very highest levels of state and national performance
- Sports & Performing Arts (SPA) Functioning
- General Administration
- Maintenance of Records
- Assisting the Sports & Performing Arts (SPA) coordinator to update records
- To improve and make progress
- Be organized and plan well the training sessions
- To be a role model as Coaches
- Be fair, firm and consistent in dealing with athletes
- To promote sports at our school
- Keep individual and team statistics and share them with your players
- Assemble a brief scouting report for every game, especially playoff games. Review the report with your team at practice sessions before each game
- Prepare written evaluations and discuss your evaluations with each athlete
- Monitor the academic eligibility of all team members

**Certification in Swimming and Experience in teaching kids of age groups 5-15 will be an added advantage.**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
